Users may experience difficulties in connecting their charge points to our platform. This may impact charge point management and monitoring capabilities.

Investigating: Our team is actively investigating the issue in collaboration with our mobile carrier to understand the root cause and to implement a fix.
Scheduled maintenance - we are updating our system.
As part of our regular scheduled maintenance efforts, we are updating a core component of our system. The application will still be functional during this period and we don't expect any downtime.
